The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Special Educator who shares our commitment to providing exceptional education to Deaf students. The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of the complexities of special education and a proven track record of delivering high-quality instruction.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement personalized lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of each student, incorporating both Pakistan Sign Language and written communication.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress using Excel and provide regular updates to parents.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum materials that promote equal access to education.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with parents to ensure open communication and coordinated support for each child.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date with best practices in special education.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field is required.
  • Strong knowledge of Pakistan Sign Language and the ability to communicate effectively with Deaf students.
  • An enthusiasm for teaching and learning, with a focus on creativity and innovation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, parents, and students.
