We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Ticketing & Reservation Officer in Peshawar.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a customer-focused attitude. Previous experience in ticketing and reservations is an added advantage.
This role involves coordinating with customers, airline staff, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth travel experiences. The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving issues efficiently, managing inventory, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate with customers to book tickets and make travel arrangements.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage inventory and maintain accurate records of bookings and cancellations.
- Collaborate with airline staff and other stakeholders to ensure seamless travel experiences.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., hospitality, tourism).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in ticketing and reservations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
