We are seeking a seasoned Transformation Expert to spearhead our Virtual Accounts, Payment and Liquidity Management Solutions initiatives. This role will serve as a critical bridge between techno-functional teams.

Main Responsibilities
  • The chosen candidate will act as an authority on OBVAM, OBP and OBLM with in-depth knowledge of Liquidity Management and Virtual Account Management.
  • Partnering with Product Owners, Business Analysts and Technology teams is essential to grasp business requirements.
  • Analyzing system issues, participating in root cause analysis and aiding issue prioritization are key responsibilities.
  • Collaboration with vendors for defect resolution and issue resolution is also required.
  • Support testing phases and related documents, including SIT, regressions, performance tuning and integrations.
  • Performing impact assessments of change requests and facilitating production deployments are additional responsibilities.
  • Coordinating product testing and training for Business & Operations users; arranging product demos as necessary.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • A degree in Computer Science or a postgraduate qualification is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 10-12 years of experience in relevant fields, including expertise in the Banking domain.
  • Subject Matter expertise and hands-on experience with OBLM, OBP, OBVAM are required.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and experience in large-scale transformation projects are highly valued.
