Position Overview: We seek a compassionate Senior Behaviour Therapist with a strong background in behavioural therapy to join our team. You will develop and implement treatment plans, supervise junior therapists, and contribute to our therapeutic programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide evidence-based behavioral therapy.
  • Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
  • Supervise and mentor junior therapists.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals for holistic care.
  • Maintain accurate client records.
  • Stay updated with the latest research.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field.
  • Licensure as a Behaviour Therapist.
  • 1 -2years of experience in behavioural therapy.
  • Strong supervisory and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30, Rs35,000.00 per month
