About the Job:

  1. ">
  2. Manage the full lifecycle of data-related projects, from initial scoping and planning through to deployment and post-launch support.">
  3. Oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of solutions using Azure Databricks for data processing and transformation, and Power BI for data visualization and reporting.">
  4. Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure technical solutions align with business objectives and customer needs.">
  5. Provide guidance and mentorship to technical teams, ensuring best practices in Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-based data architecture.">
  6. Ensure the right mix of skills is available by effectively managing technical resources and capacity across multiple projects.">
  7. Proactively identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and implement corrective actions when necessary to maintain delivery timelines and quality standards.">
  8. Implement and enforce project governance frameworks, ensuring that all delivery processes, including testing and release cycles, are followed meticulously.">
  9. Continuously assess and improve the performance of data pipelines, models, and reports developed on Azure Databricks and Power BI to meet business goals and SLAs.">
  • Key Responsibilities:">
  • 7+ years of experience in project delivery or technical management roles, ideally focused on data-centric or cloud solutions.">
  • Proven track record in leading technical teams across multiple projects simultaneously.">
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.">
  • Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies, along with traditional project management approaches.">
  • Requirements:">
  • Strong experience with Azure Databricks, Power BI, and cloud-based architectures.">
  • Proficiency with Azure DevOps, including pipeline creation, automation, and CI/CD best practices.">
  • Solid understanding of data engineering, big data processing, and machine learning workflows on Azure.">
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert">
  • PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certifications.">
