The Senior DevOps Engineer will play a key role in driving the company's digital transformation by designing, implementing, and managing infrastructure and deployment pipelines.

About the Position
  • This is a senior level position that requires leadership and technical expertise in designing, implementing, and managing infrastructure and deployment pipelines.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in DevOps, system administration, or cloud infrastructure management, and possess strong skills in container orchestration, virtualization, and data infrastructure management.

Responsibilities
  • Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins.
  • Deploy and orchestrate containerized microservices with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Set up and maintain data infrastructure using tools such as Apache NiFi and Spark.
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration with Ansible and scripting (Bash/Python).
  • Monitor system performance and ensure high availability using Grafana, Prometheus, and Percona.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and scaling distributed infrastructure, collaborating closely with development and operations teams to ensure seamless deployments and system reliability.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related fields.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in DevOps, system administration, or cloud infrastructure management.
Essential Skills
  • Strong experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.
  • Hands-on experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware and VirtualBox.
  • Expertise in configuring and managing Nginx for web hosting and load balancing.
  • Experience working with distributed datastores and data warehousing solutions such as MongoDB, MySQL, Vertica, ClickHouse, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of cloud computing platforms, including local cloud providers like RapidCompute.
  • Experience with Apache NiFi or Apache Spark for data pipeline automation.
  • Expert knowledge of Linux-based operating systems and system-level troubleshooting.
  • Experience with Jenkins for CI/CD pipeline automation.
  • Hands-on experience with Ansible for automation and configuration management.
