Senior Pipeline Engineering Manager

This role is responsible for overseeing the Distribution Pipeline in the Sindh and Balouchistan regions, managing the planning, construction, and maintenance of distribution pipeline networks. The successful candidate will supervise a team of engineers to ensure efficient and safe operation of the distribution pipeline infrastructure.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop comprehensive strategies and objectives for the design, construction, and maintenance of distribution pipeline networks in the Sindh and Balouchistan regions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory standards.
- Supervise a team of engineers responsible for the planning, execution, and monitoring of distribution pipeline projects, providing guidance, support, and technical expertise as needed.
- Coordinate with regulatory authorities, government agencies, and local stakeholders to obtain necessary permits, approvals, and clearances for distribution pipeline projects in the Sindh and Balouchistan regions.
- Oversee the design and engineering of distribution pipeline systems, including route selection, pipeline sizing, material selection, and hydraulic/flow tests and analysis, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and specifications.
- Manage the procurement of materials, equipment, and services required for distribution pipeline projects, evaluating vendors and negotiating contracts.
- Monitor project progress and performance in the Sindh and Balouchistan regions, tracking key metrics such as project milestones, budget expenditures, resource utilization, and quality control measures.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits of distribution pipeline facilities to ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and operational procedures.
- Maintain relationships with external partners, contractors, consultants, and industry organizations to stay abreast of industry developments and best practices in distribution pipeline engineering and management.
