Key Responsibilities:
  • Create research boards, user personas, and journey maps to inform design direction.
  • Develop and maintain design systems, tokens to ensure consistency throughout the designs.
  • Apply UI and UX principles effectively, understanding their distinct roles.
  • Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs that align with project objectives.
  • Document design processes, implement feedback, and iteratively refine designs.
Requirements:

UI/UX Designer (2-3 Years of Experience)

Core Skill Requirements:

Design Thinking: Understanding of Design thinking process & ability to keep designs aligned with user-centric solutions.

Strong knowledge of fundamental UI/UX principles and the ability to differentiate and apply them effectively in design solutions.

Technical Proficiency:

Expertise in using design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or other similar platforms to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.

Design Systems:

Basic experience in developing and maintaining design systems, tokenization to ensure consistency and efficiency across products.

Documentation & Collaboration:

Able to create clear design documentation, ensuring alignment and transparency across teams and phases of the project.

Incorporating Feedback:

Receptive to constructive feedback, with the ability to iterate on designs based on input and insights from stakeholders and users.

Trend Awareness:

A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques to refine continuously and enhance design practices.
