We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer to create user-friendly and visually appealing digital experiences.

This role requires a mix of creativity, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of design principles, user psychology, and industry best practices.

  • User Interface (UI) Design: Develop modern and responsive UI designs for web and mobile applications.
  • User Experience (UX) Design: Conduct user research, define user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to enhance usability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop low-fidelity and high-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
  • Work closely with developers, product managers, and marketing teams to ensure seamless design-to-development handoff.
  • Conduct A/B testing, analyze user behavior, and refine designs based on user feedback.
  • Maintain and contribute to design systems, ensuring consistency in UI components and brand identity.
  • Evaluate designs for inclusivity, accessibility, and optimization for various screen sizes and devices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.
  • Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools.
  • Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and user testing.
  • An understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
  • The ability to interpret business goals and user needs into compelling design solutions.
  • Experience designing for mobile-first and responsive web interfaces.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts is preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
