Job Title: Financial Operations Officer

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Operations Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of internal and external vendor advances, invoices, and settlements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Timely and accurate processing of all internal and external vendor advances, invoices, and settlements, ensuring a three-way match before issuing payment to vendors.">
  • Ensure costs are accurately recorded into the financial system, with correct general ledger/accounts payable, currency, VAT, and vendor data for all entities.">
  • Escalate invoice authorization according to the authority matrix to obtain valid internal approval.">
  • Conduct weekly vendor statement reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies.">
  • Participate in weekly and monthly payment runs to ensure suppliers are paid accurately and on time.">
  • Resolve invoice/payment discrepancies promptly by liaising with vendors and internal stakeholders, supported by accounts payable staff.">
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to complete month-end processes.">
  • Compare purchase orders, prices, payment terms, and other charges.">
  • Fully comply with policies and procedures; complete administrative tasks accurately and on time; support organizational goals and values.">
