We are seeking a recent graduate with a passion for film and television production to fill an entry-level position as a Film and TV Production Assistant.

About the Job

As a Film and TV Production Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our dynamic production team. You will work closely with experienced professionals to gain hands-on experience and learn the nitty-gritty of post-production.

You will be responsible for assisting in various aspects of post-production, including brainstorming, researching, idea generation, and working with video editors to implement those ideas.

  • Post-Production Support: Assist in various aspects of post-production, including brainstorming, researching, idea generation, and working with the video editors to implement those ideas.
  • Script and Story Analysis: Collaborate with the team to analyze scripts, identify production requirements, and offer creative input.
  • Hiring Assistance: Job posting, filtering candidates, and onboarding video editors and 2D/3D Animators. Assign projects to employees according to their expertise.
  • Post-Production Coordination: Support the coordination of schedules and budgets.
  • Learning and Growth: Actively engage in learning from experienced professionals and seek opportunities to enhance your skills.
Key Responsibilities

To excel in this role, you will need:

  1. A Bachelor's degree in Film and TV, Mass Communication, or a related field.
  2. Passion for filmmaking and a strong understanding of the industry.
  3. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  4. Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
  5. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced production environment.
  6. Basic knowledge of film equipment and software is a plus.
