Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of commercial and residential projects, excellent design skills, and the ability to work within budget and time constraints. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute architectural designs for various projects including commercial and residential buildings.
  • Create detailed plans, blueprints, and 3D models using industry-standard software.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
  • Provide input on material selection, budgeting, and project timelines.
  • Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and environmental standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture/Engineering.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design, with a strong portfolio of commercial and residential projects.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
