Job Description: We are a new design and construction company based in Islamabad seeking a talented and experienced architect to join our team on a project basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of commercial and residential projects, excellent design skills, and the ability to work within budget and time constraints.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute architectural designs for a variety of projects including commercial and residential buildings.
  2. Create detailed plans, blueprints, and 3D models using industry-standard software.
  3. Collaborate with the project manager, engineers, and contractors to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
  4. Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
  5. Provide input on material selection, budgeting, and project timelines.
  6. Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and environmental standards.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture/Engineering
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design, with a strong portfolio of commercial and residential projects.
  3. Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software.
  4. Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
  5. Excellent communication and project management skills.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Terms:

  1. Project-based contract.
  2. Work will be performed at our office in Islamabad.
  3. Compensation will be based on project scope and deliverables.

Job Specification
