Financial Management Opportunities

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Financial Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in financial planning, analysis, and management to drive the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans and budgets.
  2. Prepare and analyze financial reports to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  3. Manage cash flow and expenses effectively.
  4. Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and minimize risk.
  5. Implement financial systems and process improvements.
  6. Oversee payroll management and communicate with stakeholders effectively.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field from a reputable university.
  2. 2-3 years of practical experience in financial management, preferably within the healthcare sector.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP (experience of Odoo preferred) for financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  4. Strong communication, leadership, presentation, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
  5. Demonstrated track record of producing high-quality work.
