Technical Leadership Opportunities in Software Engineering

We are seeking an experienced software engineer to lead the design and delivery of trusted technology products. As a seasoned member of our agile team, you will serve as a technical expert to ensure secure, stable, and scalable solutions.

About the Role

This position involves executing complex software solutions, designing and developing technical systems, and troubleshooting problems with ability to think beyond routine or conventional approaches. You will create secure and high-quality production code, maintain algorithms, and produce architecture and design artifacts for complex applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop software solutions that meet business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, full-stack UI solutions
  • Develop and maintain large-scale, distributed systems on AWS cloud technologies
  • Proactively identify and resolve technical issues through root cause analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Contribute to software engineering communities of practice and events that explore new and emerging technologies
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts and 3+ years of applied experience
  • AWS development, EAC, Terraform, cloud design patterns, distributed streaming (Kafka), OpenSearch, S3, and PostgreSQL
  • Experience in deploying complex, high-available, scalable systems and resilient apps on AWS cloud and VSI
  • Hands-on practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability
