Businesses often seek a chief architect to lead their enterprise architecture. We are one such organization, and we need someone with the right skillset to manage our e-commerce ecosystem.

We are hiring an experienced Chief Enterprise Architecture Specialist to spearhead the development of our enterprise architecture strategy. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of e-commerce platforms and related technologies. They will be responsible for defining architectural principles, developing a comprehensive strategy, and ensuring alignment with business goals.

The successful candidate will be a seasoned expert with 5+ years of experience as an enterprise architect or similar role in an e-commerce or digital experience environment. They must have certification in enterprise architecture frameworks and expertise in platforms involved in e-commerce like Product Information Management, Content Management Systems, Order Management, Warehouse Management, Search Platform, Inventory Management, Integration Platforms, Analytics, ERP, PLM, etc.

Apart from this, they should have hands-on experience with web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks. Strong understanding of backend technologies, microservices architecture, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), and API integration is required. Experience in designing medium to large enterprise applications, exposure to Authentication, Authorization, SSO using JWT, OAuth, SAML, and experience in Pre-Sales – defining end-to-end solution architecture covering technical, deployment architectures, and non-functional & performance aspects and driving proposals is also essential.

The Chief Enterprise Architecture Specialist will work closely with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment and buy-in on architectural strategies and decisions. They must be able to communicate effectively and possess excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.

This role requires a strong implementation experience using test-driven Development, Domain-driven Design, and clean code principles. Additionally, experience in using estimation techniques like (Use-case, FP, Story points) and creating presentations, demos to customers and internal management team is necessary.

The ideal candidate should have client-facing experience and have worked in matrix organization & onsite-offshore model.
