Job Description:

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an ISO Quality Compliance Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the implementation and maintenance of quality management systems across the business.

The ideal candidate will have experience in ISO standards and compliance, with a strong background in auditing, risk management, and process improvement. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management and staff at all levels.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems across the business
  • Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with ISO standards and regulations
  • Identify areas of risk and develop controls to mitigate against them
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and maintain processes to ensure quality standards are met
  • Train and educate staff on quality management systems and procedures
  • Analyze and report on quality data to identify trends and recommend improvements

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have at least 3 years' experience in ISO standards and compliance at a management level. A degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline is also required. Additionally, you should possess APM PFQ, PMQ, or PRINCE2 related qualifications. Results-oriented individuals with excellent attention to detail and exceptional communication skills are highly sought after.
