ISO Quality Assurance Manager

A key leadership role leading the development, implementation, and maintenance of Integrated Management Systems (IMS) compliant with ISO standards.

  • Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of IMS to ensure compliance with ISO 9001, 22301, 14001, and 45001 standards.
  • Develop policies, procedures, and guidelines aligned with ISO standards for efficient operations.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement strategies to mitigate risks associated with quality, continuity, environment, and occupational health and safety.
  • Communicate and ensure adherence to all ISO standards and integrated management system across the organization.
Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Quality Management or a related field is required. Relevant certifications in ISO standards are highly preferred.

4+ years of experience in implementing and managing Quality Management Systems, preferably across multiple ISO standards.

Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills are essential for this role.

Essential Knowledge

Excellent knowledge of ISO 9001, 22301, 14001, and 45001 standards is necessary for this position. Proven track record in conducting internal and external audits and managing certification processes is also required.
