Senior Software Development Professional
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled software development professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in coding technical specifications, analyzing and investigating problems, performing maintenance of programs, running tests on software, documenting results, and suggesting solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Coding for technical specifications written by clients
- Analyzing and investigating problems reported by clients and documenting the results of investigations
- Maintaining programs and correcting defects identified during the maintenance process
- Running tests on software by creating and implementing test plans and test harnesses
- Documenting the results of tests
- Suggesting solutions to defects and problems detected during tests
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in an IT-related discipline and have knowledge of software coding according to published standards and guidelines set out by clients. Additionally, they should be flexible, able to perform under pressure, and have the ability to interpret specifications and requirements documents.
