Job Title: Finance Manager

About the Role:

As a seasoned finance professional, you will oversee the daily financial operations of our organization in Pakistan. Your expertise in financial management, regulatory compliance, and strategic planning will be crucial in driving our business forward.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of daily financial operations including accounting, budgeting, and cash flow management
  • Preparation and presentation of accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to senior management and group finance
  • Ensuring timely reporting of all periodical financial information to internal and external stakeholders
  • Regulatory Compliance & Audit: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and laws
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop financial plans, budgets, and forecasts to support strategic decision-making
  • Treasury & Risk Management: Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and treasury operations to minimize financial risks
  • Team Leadership & Cross-functional Collaboration: Build and mentor a high-performing finance team in Pakistan and work closely with Business, Product, HR, and Compliance teams to align financial goals with overall business strategy

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration
  • Professional certification (CA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent) is strongly preferred
  • Minimum 7 years of finance experience, with at least 3+ years in a managerial role within NBFC, fintech, or digital financial services
  • Strong knowledge of SECP regulations, tax laws, and NBFC accounting practices
  • Proven track record in financial reporting, audits, compliance, and treasury management
  • Proficiency in accounting/ERP software and advanced MS Excel
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills
  • Fluency in English and Urdu
