eCommerce Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled eCommerce Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and updating product listings on various eCommerce platforms, optimizing product descriptions, images, and pricing for maximum visibility and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Create and update product listings on various eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, and eBay.
  2. Optimize product descriptions, images, and pricing for maximum visibility and sales.
  3. Handle customer orders, including order confirmation, tracking, and issue resolution.
  4. Coordinate with fulfillment centers and suppliers to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  5. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and returns.
  6. Maintain a positive online reputation through prompt and helpful responses.
  7. Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
  8. Conduct regular stock audits and update inventory records.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  10. Identify opportunities for product expansion and market growth.
  11. Analyze sales data and eCommerce metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an eCommerce Virtual Assistant or similar role.
  • Familiarity with popular eCommerce platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and online marketing.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
