As a skilled Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving business decisions with data-driven insights. We are seeking a highly analytical professional with expertise in data analysis, KPI tracking, and reporting. Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Looker Studio, and Google Sheets is required to analyze data, develop reports, and provide insights to support data-driven decision-making processes.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Google Looker Studio and Excel to track KPIs related to recovery staff performance, resident invoices, and inventory tracking.
  • Perform data cleaning, transformation, and validation to ensure accuracy and integrity.
  • Automate data processing tasks in MS Excel and Google Sheets for efficiency.
  • Review CRM reports, filter, and clean data for accurate analysis.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support different departments with data-driven insights.
  • Maintain high-quality data accuracy and integrity.
  • Maintain and update data repositories in Google Sheets and Excel, ensuring data is organized, accessible, and up-to-date.

Requirements:
The successful candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and understandable manner, are also essential. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment is required.
