We are looking for a seasoned Assistant Director with a strong track record in Governance, Risk Assessment & Compliance to lead our team. This is a unique opportunity to join a forward-thinking organization and contribute to shaping its strategic direction.

Job DescriptionThis role involves providing strategic leadership on governance, risk management, and compliance matters across the organization. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing information security policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Conducting regular risk assessments and developing plans to mitigate identified risks.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business risks and develop plans to mitigate them.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Cyber Security from a recognized institution.
- At least 3 years of post-graduation experience in Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance roles.
- Proven expertise in risk assessment methodologies, risk identification, risk analysis, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Experience with incident response cycle, incident reports generation, and usage of SOAR technology to support SOC operations.
- Proficiency in EPP and EDR solutions deployment on systems and devices.
