Our team is seeking a skilled Retail Operations Manager to lead sales and operations functions. Your goal will be to achieve daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets while optimizing inventory at our outlets.

You will work closely with our retail target setting and monitoring teams to ensure we meet our objectives. Additionally, you will hire, train, and motivate sales staff to maximize sales and efficiency.

Your responsibilities will also include ensuring the best shop ambiance, hygiene, safety, visual merchandising, and customer service. You will coordinate with landlords and mall management to maintain a positive working relationship.

Furthermore, you will oversee regular updating of visual merchandising, product display, pricing, and visuals to ensure they are up-to-date and properly displayed.

Timely stock demand will be provided to our merchandising, planning, and supply chain teams to ensure timely supply of required stocks. You will continuously monitor stock positions of individual stores to ensure that required inventory is available at all times.

You will provide customer feedback to our merchandising and planning teams in an organized manner. Based on this feedback, you will develop strategies to enhance sales.

Additionally, you will initiate, supervise, and ensure the timely completion of fit-out, construction, and renovation work of stores according to our standards.

You will update colleagues on business performance, new initiatives, and other pertinent issues. Maintaining awareness of market trends in the retail industry, understanding forthcoming customer initiatives, and monitoring what local and international competitors are doing will also be your responsibility.

A key aspect of your role will be to ensure that all marketing and POS activities are implemented and their impact on footfall and sales is measured and monitored. You will also initiate new marketing and promotional concepts and activities.

You will collate information and statistical reports on shops' progress as required, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of all aspects of administration.
