Job Overview

This role oversees the management of retail operations, ensuring seamless execution of sales and inventory optimization. The ideal candidate will lead a team of sales staff, fostering a customer-centric approach to drive conversions, ATV, and UPT.

The Retail Operations Manager is responsible for:

  • Achieving daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets
  • Optimizing inventory levels at outlets
  • Assisting in setting and monitoring retail targets
  • Hiring, training, and motivating sales staff to maximize sales and efficiency

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring best shop ambiance, hygiene, safety, visual merchandising, and customer service
  • Coordination with landlords and mall managements
  • Overseeing regular updates of visual merchandising, product display, prices, and visuals
  • Providing timely stock demand to merchandising, planning, and supply chain teams
  • Maintaining awareness of market trends in the retail industry
  • Initiating, supervising, and ensuring timely completion of fit-out, construction, and renovation work
  • Collating information and statistical reports on shops' progress
  • Supporting the wholesale team as needed
