We manage multiple accounts across Amazon Sponsored Ads, DSP, AMC, and advanced reporting. This role is not just about campaign execution. We're looking for a sharp, curious, and proactive problem-solver who can become a right-hand partner to one of the co-founders.

What You Will Own

  • Partner across account ops + ads: pacing, QA, experiments, and reporting.
  • Help plan, launch, and iterate Amazon Ads (SP/SB/SD) and collaborate on DSP/AMC projects.
  • Build n8n workflows and use Amazon APIs to reduce manual work.
  • Apply LLM / AI smartly: craft prompts, know limits, and design simple human-in-the-loop checks.
  • Turn ideas into action: propose tests, document learnings, and fold wins into reusable playbooks.

Requirements

  • You're logical, switched on, and curious—you like breaking problems into clean steps.
  • You learn fast, self-teach, and don't need hand-holding after the first pass.
  • You enjoy automation, basic APIs, and dabbling in SQL/Python when useful.
  • You like debating approaches, writing clear notes, and showing your work with small demos.
