Job Title: Assistant Manager Corporate Finance

Job Description:
  •     Ensure timely analysis, identification, communication, and resolution of balance sheet account discrepancies to prevent financial losses.
  •     Manage financial planning, including preparation and reporting.
  •     Support line manager with understanding and challenging company budgets, and provide finance inputs to global strategic processes.
  •     Coordinate planning and reporting during annual and quarterly cycles.
  •     Support business model changes and participate in ad hoc reviews and projects.
  •     Act as primary contact for auditors regarding financial data.
  •     Generate monthly financial overviews and explain variances to management.
Requirements:
  •     3-5 years of experience in finance within a global FMCG or similar environment.
  •     Proficiency with finance tools and systems.
  •     Understanding of accounting processes and practices.
  •     Ability to analyze reports, identify issues, and challenge data challenges.
  •     Meticulous, proactive, analytical, and able to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
  •     Knowledge of risk identification and control implementation.
  •     Experience with audit and compliance (internal and external).
  •     Degree and professional qualification (CA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA).
