
Staffing and Benefits Administrator

We are looking for a skilled Human Resource Manager to support our HR team and functions. As a Human Resource Manager, you will be responsible for providing HR administrative functions in areas such as recruitment, training and development, people and performance management, social welfare, and updating and maintaining HR records.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the HR team in recruitment processes.
- Conduct interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Prepare offer letters and reject letters as necessary.
- Coordinate exit interviews to improve employee satisfaction.
Training and Development
You will work closely with our training team to develop and implement training programs that meet the needs of our employees.
HR Administration
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records.
- Update the organization chart to reflect changes.
- Review compensation and benefits to ensure fairness and equity.
- Draft employment contracts and other HR-related documents.
Requirements
Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
Able to communicate effectively with employees at all levels.
Good writing and interpersonal skills.
Diplomatic and discreet.
