Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated sales professional to fill the position of Business Development Officer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the high-end security market.
Key Accountabilities:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and market expansion.
- Conduct market research and analyze competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.
- Collaborate with the Sales Director and Sales team members to align sales efforts with company goals.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to make informed sales decisions.
Requirements:
- At least 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the physical security industry.
- Proven track record of success in sales, including achievements in revenue growth and market expansion.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on meeting sales targets.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations and make informed decisions.
