The role of a Graduate Studies Manager is crucial in ensuring the high quality and effectiveness of graduate programs at an institution. This position requires strong leadership and management skills to oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of graduate studies.

Key responsibilities include coordinating the recruitment and admissions process, innovating interview processes to screen top candidates, and facilitating the development of assessment tools through faculty members. Additionally, the manager will ensure that the system of merit is followed while selecting candidates for programs and provide opportunities for students to present their research work at national and international forums.

A successful candidate should have a Master's degree in Business Administration or a relevant field, with a minimum of five to seven years of work experience in teaching hospitals and/or academic institutions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as the ability to work independently and in a team environment. Experience with budget management, costing, and resource allocation is also desirable.

The Graduate Studies Manager will play a key role in developing and implementing policies and procedures related to graduate programs, collaborating with program teams to ensure timely delivery of educational activities, and monitoring students' progress. The manager will also conduct internal and external reviews for validation and implement recommendations made by the external review team.
