Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our team, focusing on strategic account management, maximizing seller engagement, and ensuring optimal performance during campaigns and sales events.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in account management, sales, or marketing, with a proven track record of driving growth and innovation in the e-commerce space.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of account managers, aligning them with company goals and setting clear KPIs.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales, drive revenue growth, and enhance platform engagement with key sellers/brands.
  • Collaborate with marketing and category teams to ensure top sellers participate in campaigns, driving promotions, and managing campaign performance.
  • Identify opportunities to grow revenue by optimizing product pricing, stock levels, and product visibility.
  • Analyze data to assess seller performance, monitor GMV, and analyze campaign success.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to solve operational issues, ensuring smooth execution of key seller operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in account management or sales, ideally in e-commerce.
  • Strong understanding of campaign management, product assortment, and pricing strategies in e-commerce.
  • Proven leadership experience, with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent data analysis and decision-making capabilities.
