Project Manager

This role oversees small to mid-sized projects from initiation through completion. The Project Manager coordinates cross-functional teams, manages budgets, and delivers results aligned with project objectives and stakeholder expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead small to medium-sized projects with minimal supervision.
  • Develop project scope, schedules, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinate internal and external teams to meet project milestones and deliverables.
  • Regularly analyse and adjust project plans to align with budget and timeline.
  • Serve as a key point of contact between clients and internal teams.
  • Establish clear project communication plans and report project status to stakeholders.
  • Delegate project tasks to appropriate team members and ensure accountability.
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings, status updates, and issue resolution.
  • Conduct quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and facilitate successful project handoff.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to identify successes and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project management.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to resolve conflicts and drive teams toward a common goal.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
  • Preferred: Project Management Certification (CAPM, APM, or similar).

Working Conditions:

  • Night shift following US EST
