About Industrial Consulting Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to support the execution of high-impact projects for industrial clients and government bodies.

The role involves conducting market research, data analysis, sector assessments, benchmarking studies, and supporting the preparation of advisory reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in research and analysis of industrial assets across various sectors
  • Assist in gathering requisite information for industrial division
  • Support proposal development, report preparation, and invoice creation
  • Collect and record data into plant and machinery database
  • Travel for inspections of industrial factories and gather information
  • Collect quotes from suppliers/manufacturers of machinery and equipment
  • Involved in technical inspection/asset verification of industrial assets
  • Liaise with clients and manufacturers

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Engineering, preferably Civil, Electrical, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Engineering or Consulting Firm or as Engineer in reputed Valuation Firm
  • RICS or ASA certifications & qualifications an added advantage
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office & IT skills
  • English fluency; Arabic an added advantage
