  5. Policy Interpretation: Interpret policies, guidelines, and processes, resolving complex problems and transactions.
  6. Process Ownership: Manage one or more processes, reports, procedures, or products, ensuring their effectiveness and efficiency.
  7. Independence: Operate with minimal direct supervision, exercising independence of judgement and autonomy.
  8. SME Role: Serve as a Subject Matter Expert to senior stakeholders and/or other team members.
  9. Risk Assessment: Assess risk when making business decisions, prioritizing the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience in finance and project management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel, and working knowledge of related industry practices and standards.
  • Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results and meeting deadlines.
Education

A Bachelor's Degree/University degree or equivalent experience is essential, with additional certifications such as ACCA or CA being highly desirable.
