Job Title

As a proactive and strategic Online Reputation Management (ORM) Specialist, you will be responsible for protecting and enhancing the online reputation of our brand(s), mitigating negative content, and amplifying positive visibility across review sites, social media, and search engines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze brand mentions, reviews, and discussions across search engines, social media, forums, and third-party review sites.
  • Respond to reviews and customer comments across platforms in a timely and professional manner.
  • Implement strategies to suppress negative search results and promote positive content.
  • Collaborate with content, SEO, PR, and customer service teams to ensure brand consistency and reputation enhancement.
  • Develop and execute online reputation improvement campaigns, including content development and influencer outreach.
  • Track ORM KPIs and generate regular performance reports.
  • Manage crisis communication strategies in case of negative publicity or online attacks.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in online reputation management tools, search engine algorithms, and social media policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Online Reputation Management.
  • Proficient in using ORM and social listening tools (e.g., Google Alerts, Brand24, Mention, Sprout Social).
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and digital content strategy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with content, PR, and customer service teams.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a problem-solving attitude.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a publishing or media-related environment.
  • Familiarity with review platforms such as Google My Business, Yelp, Trustpilot, and Amazon.
  • Experience handling high-profile or executive-level ORM cases
