As a senior housekeeping supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our healthcare facility.

Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional patient care, and we are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to join us in this critical role.

The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree, preferably with a master's qualification, and at least two years of experience in a similar supervisory position.

You will be responsible for inspecting patients' rooms after checkout and releasing them for new admissions only when they meet our high cleaning standards.

Daily inspections of equipment will also be necessary to ensure cleanliness and operational condition.

In addition to these duties, you will be required to distribute staff efficiently on a daily basis, discuss routine activities with other supervisors, and handle cleaning requests by assigning concerned staff.

Other key responsibilities include monitoring consumable supplies, providing on-the-job training to staff, and controlling and disciplining staff as needed.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree; Master's preferred.
  • 2-3 years of related work experience at supervisory level.
  • Knowledge of hygiene and sanitary standards.
  • Ability to control and discipline staff.
  • Knowledge of housekeeping work procedures and equipment.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Willingness to work in shift duties.
