The Account Manager at CEQUENS is a crucial role within the Enterprise Sales department, focused on developing strong client relationships and driving revenue growth. In this position, you will be responsible for managing and retaining clients, understanding their needs, and delivering exceptional service.
Main Responsibilities
This role involves working closely with clients to understand their business objectives and align our CPaaS solutions accordingly. You will maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients by providing exceptional service and understanding their business needs and challenges. Additionally, you will act as the primary point of contact for all matters specific to assigned clients, resolving issues and ensuring satisfaction.
Key Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need strong interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building strong client relationships. Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities are essential, as well as strong verbal and written communication skills. You must be proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Salesforce is a plus. A high level of professionalism and ethical conduct is also required.
