About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead our projects from inception to delivery. This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to take charge of multiple projects, manage cross-functional teams, and drive project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and quality standards.
  • Scheduling and Budgeting: Create and manage project schedules, budgets, and reporting processes to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate high-performing teams, allocate resources effectively, and foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure successful delivery.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including proposal, SRS, FS, UML, and other relevant deliverables.
Requirements:

Candidates must have a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in development and five years in project management. They should possess deep knowledge of industry standards, techniques, and new technologies.

  1. Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience in PHP, MySQL, jQuery, Joomla, Drupal, Magento, OS Commerce, WordPress, and Microsoft Project.
  2. Leadership Skills: Ability to handle multiple teams on multiple projects, with excellent interpersonal and team management skills.
  3. Initiative and Adaptability: Willingness to take personal initiatives on new technologies and train relevant team members.
  4. Design and Usability: Good design aesthetics and familiarity with web usability standards.
