Role Summary: We are hiring a Property Expert to connect exceptional professionals with innovative companies.

About the Opportunity:

This role involves coordinating property tours, preparing listing documentation, and collaborating with agents. You will be responsible for managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting, communicating effectively with clients and team members, and contributing to the development of internal tools and features.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule property tours
  • Assist with preparation tasks for property listings
  • Pull, review, and send property disclosure reports
  • Run and distribute comparable market analysis (comps) reports

Client & Agent Coordination

  • Serve as a key liaison between real estate agents and homebuyers
  • Ensure smooth communication and task flow across all active transactions

Product Development Collaboration

  • Collaborate with the product team to test internal tools and features
  • Provide feedback to help refine AI-powered solutions for buyers and agents

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Workspace, CRMs, and Slack
  • (Bonus) Background in real estate operations or product testing

A Typical Day:

You'll spend your day reviewing your queue of scheduled tours, disclosure packet requests, and client inquiries. Throughout the day, you'll assist in preparing listing documentation, collaborate with agents, and run comps. You'll also spend time testing internal tools, documenting bugs or suggestions, and communicating feedback with the product team.
