AK Group is looking for an experienced Operations Coordinator to join our team and oversee the day-to-day operations of our business, including order processing, customer service, and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Order Processing:

Ensure timely order processing and coordinate with suppliers to ensure smooth delivery.

  • Ensuring timely order processing with a team of Virtual Assistants (VAs);
  • Coordinating with the Human Resources (HR) team to ensure an appropriate number of VAs are recruited;
  • Developing target-based shifts and schedules with the HR team for order processing VAs;
  • Supervising VAs to ensure all orders are properly processed and dispatched according to customer instructions;
  • Tracking orders with suppliers and updating customers with tracking numbers;
  • Communicating with suppliers to coordinate orders and deliveries;
  • Dispatching orders from drop-shipping warehouses as needed.
