Administrative Operations Coordinator

Granule Services is seeking a detail-oriented HR & Admin Executive to contribute to the organization's mission of valuing its employees. The ideal candidate will foster a positive work environment while maintaining accurate records, ensuring attendance sheets are up-to-date, coordinating interviews, screening resumes, and managing administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain digital and physical records for candidates.
- Ensure timely updates of attendance sheets.
- Coordinate interviews and meetings as needed.
- Review resumes for suitability.
- Manage office supplies inventory and perform other assigned tasks.
- Intermediate education or equivalent qualification.
- Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
- 6-8 months of relevant experience is preferred, but freshers are also encouraged to apply.
