Part-Time Call Center Agent Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our sales and marketing team as a part-time call center agent catering to the US market. This role is ideal for individuals who possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

As a call center agent, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from customers, responding to their inquiries, and providing solutions to their problems. Your primary goal will be to build trust with customers, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a positive experience.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in cold calling to the US market, although training will be provided. A background in web designing and development would be beneficial in pitching our services to prospects. Most importantly, you must possess good English speaking skills, be a strong salesperson with excellent communication and convincing abilities, and demonstrate a commitment to meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to inbound calls from customers in a timely and professional manner.
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions that meet their needs.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.

Working hours will be Monday through Friday, 6pm to 10:30pm. The role offers a competitive salary plus commission, making it an attractive opportunity for those seeking a challenging yet rewarding part-time position.
