Sales and Business Development Representative

As a Sales and Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating sales and ensuring timely closure of deals. You will develop product knowledge and identify potential investors to brief them about relevant property units.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs.
  • Brief potential investors on relevant property units and ensure they are thoroughly informed about the properties.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow up with clients to understand evolving changes in their requirements.
  • Ensure daily KPIs are met by making regular calls and meetings with clients.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1-3 years of professional working experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
