At Aegasis Labs, we specialize in building cutting-edge digital products and AI-powered solutions for global clients. We're now expanding our outbound sales team and looking for motivated Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to help us grow by generating leads and booking qualified meetings.
Role Overview:
As a Sales Development Representative, your primary responsibility will be to drive outbound outreach through cold calls, LinkedIn messaging, and email. You must be confident, highly articulate, and experienced in selling digital services such as software development, AI solutions, or design/development services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound cold calls and follow-ups with potential leads
- Book qualified meetings for the business development team
- Use LinkedIn and email to build outreach sequences and generate interest
- Research prospects and tailor outreach based on their business needs
- Maintain records of communication and lead status using CRM tools
- Hit weekly and monthly targets for meetings booked and qualified leads generated
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in outbound sales or cold calling for digital services
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
- Strong understanding of sales process and lead qualification
- Confidence in phone-based communication and objection handling
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM tools, and outbound sales platforms
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently
- Based in Pakistan or similar time zone preferred for better coordination
Nice to Have:
- Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment
- Background in SaaS, custom software, or AI product sales
- Knowledge of tools like HubSpot, Apollo, or Close.com
