
Flexible B2B Sales Growth Specialist

We're seeking a flexible and experienced B2B appointment setter to join our business. This part-time role offers 24-32 hours per week, with opportunities for growth into new roles within our fast-growing organisation.
As a B2B appointment setter, you'll build a pipeline of leads and opportunities for our clients by using prospect lists, opening dialogue primarily by phone, and securing face-to-face appointments with qualified prospects.
About the RoleThis is a key position in our business, responsible for building relationships with potential customers and driving sales growth. You'll have the opportunity to work from home and be part of a dynamic team of B2B sales and marketing experts.
Your Key Responsibilities- Use prospect lists to identify potential customers and secure face-to-face appointments with qualified prospects.
- Open dialogue with potential customers primarily by phone, with email as a backup tool.
- Capture and store key information about potential customers and their needs.
- Secure new business appointments with qualified prospects and follow up after meetings.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in B2B appointment setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Discipline, organisation, and self-motivation.
- The ability to pick up the phone and speak to someone you've never met.
- A great listening skill and the ability to ask pertinent questions.
- Calm and assured confidence in your own abilities.
- A willingness to learn and adapt to changing circumstances.
Your performance will be measured against daily activity, appointments set with ideal clients, pipeline health and accuracy, and living by our values and contributing to our business's success.
