- Manage vendor relationships and resolve any discrepancies or issues that may arise.">

- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly bank reconciliations for multiple property management accounts.">
- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or errors in transaction records.">
- Prepare and maintain reconciliation reports for senior management and clients.">
- Coordinate with property management teams to ensure accurate financial records and transactions.">

- Process customer invoices, payments, and account statements accurately and on time.">
- Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on overdue accounts to ensure timely collections.">
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.">
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding billing and payment inquiries.">
- Collaborate with internal departments to address and resolve customer disputes.">
Requirements and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.">
- 1-2 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar accounting role.">
