  • Manage vendor relationships and resolve any discrepancies or issues that may arise.">

  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly bank reconciliations for multiple property management accounts.">
  • Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or errors in transaction records.">
  • Prepare and maintain reconciliation reports for senior management and clients.">
  • Coordinate with property management teams to ensure accurate financial records and transactions.">
">Accounts Receivable Transaction Processing">

  • Process customer invoices, payments, and account statements accurately and on time.">
  • Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on overdue accounts to ensure timely collections.">
  • Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.">
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding billing and payment inquiries.">
  • Collaborate with internal departments to address and resolve customer disputes.">
