Job Title

We are looking for a seasoned and motivated Team Leader to supervise, oversee, lead, manage, reward and motivate our teams.

As Team Leader, you will be responsible for setting clear goals and KPIs, delegating tasks, overseeing daily operations and performance, conducting regular evaluations and creating a healthy and motivating work environment.

  • Set clear objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Delegate tasks and set project deadlines
  • Oversee day-to-day team operations and performance
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations
  • Create a positive and productive work atmosphere

Team Leader requirements and qualifications

  • 5 years of experience as a Team Leader or similar role
  • In-depth knowledge of performance metrics and analytics
  • Strong PC skills and graphic design capabilities
  • Experience with social media management and training programs
  • Ability to think critically and solve problems
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Degree in Management or relevant field is a plus
