Cloud Infrastructure Specialist

Tkxel LLC is a leading software development company seeking a highly skilled Cloud Infrastructure Specialist to design, implement, and maintain robust and scalable CI/CD pipelines on Azure.

Job Summary:
  • This role involves the creation of automated Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Delivery (CD) pipelines using Azure DevOps (Azure Pipelines, Azure Repos, Azure Artifacts).
  • The ideal candidate will have expertise in implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles with tools like Terraform to ensure consistency, repeatability, and version control.
  • A strong background in automation and scripting, primarily in Python and PowerShell, is required for various DevOps tasks such as environment provisioning, deployment automation, and system configuration.
  • Proficiency in leveraging Python for integrating with Azure APIs, creating custom tooling, and automating complex workflows is essential.
  • Containerization and orchestration strategies using Docker and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) need to be implemented and managed by the successful candidate.
  • A comprehensive monitoring, logging, and alerting solution using Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and other relevant tools must be established to ensure application health, performance, and reliability.
  • Integration of security best practices into the DevOps pipeline, including vulnerability scanning, secret management, and compliance adherence is crucial.
  • Strong knowledge of Git best practices, branching strategies, code reviews, and repository management within Azure Repos is necessary.
  • Comprehensive documentation for infrastructure, pipelines, and operational procedures needs to be created and maintained.
  • Proactive identification of areas for process and tool improvements is expected from the ideal candidate.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment are required.
  • Proficiency in front-end technologies like Angular or ReactJS is beneficial.
