Job Title

A Cloud Platform Architect is required to design and implement scalable, secure cloud infrastructure for enterprise environments.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Linux system administration, containerization, and cloud platform management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement cloud infrastructure using Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration.
  • Administer, configure, and patch Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) systems to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and deployment processes using tools like Ansible, Terraform, or Puppet.
  • Monitor system performance, availability, and security across cloud and Linux platforms using Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack.
  • Collaborate with DevOps, Security, and Application teams to support CI/CD pipelines and containerized applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud infrastructure and RHEL environments.
  • Implement high-availability and disaster recovery solutions to minimize downtime.
  • Maintain detailed documentation related to systems architecture, processes, and policies to ensure knowledge sharing and onboarding.
  • Conduct capacity planning and performance tuning to optimize system efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 10–12 years of hands-on experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience with cloud platforms (v4.x preferred).
  • Strong expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration.
  • Proficiency with automation tools such as Ansible, Terraform, or Puppet.
  • Experience in implementing CI/CD pipelines and integrating with DevOps tools.
  • Deep understanding of networking, storage, and security concepts in Linux/cloud environments.
  • Red Hat certifications such as RHCE, RHCSA, or Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift are highly desirable.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
