Business Development Representative

We are looking for a skilled Business Developer Representative/Online Bidding Expert to join our team.

About the Opportunity

Main Responsibilities
  • Find suitable Upwork projects that match our services and capabilities and submit winning bids.
  • Develop persuasive proposals that demonstrate expertise and experience, highlighting how we can deliver value to clients.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients, providing them with the necessary information to make informed decisions about their project.
  • Negotiate project terms and pricing to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes for both parties.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
  • Work closely with the team to understand our capabilities and tailor proposals to meet the specific needs of each project.
Key Qualifications
  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in bidding on Upwork projects, with a proven track record of winning projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building rapport with clients.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in written and verbal English communication, with the ability to adapt to different client requirements.
  • Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies, with a focus on customer relationship management.
